- BCMA is a regional, voluntary alliance of manufacturers that supports the stability and growth of manufacturing in the Big Country. The alliance is comprised of a diverse group of Manufacturing Executives across a multi-county area in West Central Texas. Members focus on growth opportunities and cross collaboration with business, education and economic partners.
- Who can be a member of BCMA?
- BCMA membership is open to any regional manufacturing employees or companies within West Central Texas. Students, education, workforce, and economic development partners within the BCMA regional communities are also invited to join.

- Membership to BCMA serves as a networking and collaboration opportunity for business, education, workforce, community, and economic development. These partners work together to support growth in regional manufacturing, to share best practices, along with areas of opportunity to strengthen manufacturing.
- Who should attend BCMA meetings from my organization?
- BCMA covers several workplace topics such as retention and attraction, safety, LEAN manufacturing, certification/training needs and more. Agendas for each meeting are shared with all BCMA members helping members best decide who from their organization should attend BCMA meetings. BCMA hosts multiple subcommittees focused on topics related to business, education, and workforce challenges. BCMA members include individuals involved with manufacturing production, operation, plant management, human resources, education administration, educators, economic developers, workforce, and community leaders.
