Advance Together™ aims to strengthen and accelerate the impact of regional cross-sector partnerships in improving education and/or employment outcomes in Texas communities. Our ultimate goal is a more inclusive economy—one where all Texas residents achieve economic mobility and resilience.
Cross-sector partnerships involve collaborations across the public, private and nonprofit sectors to comprehensively address complex issues impacting a community. We believe effective collaborative leadership is the key to removing barriers that limit economic opportunity.
Advance Together provides training, technical assistance and funding to help promising cross- sector partnerships strengthen their collaboration, refine their strategies and achieve their goals. It is a three-year program in two phases: Design and Implementation.
Goal: To increase employment in middle-skill high-wage jobs by 10% by 2030.
